Johann Schneider-Ammann wants to appoint Dr. Stefan Brupbacher, FDP-Council and E.M.B.L.-alumnus of the year 2001/2002 as his General Secretary. This was proposed to the Federal Council by the Minister of Economic Affairs.
At the beginning of March the flying classroom stopped in the headquarters of the German financial platform: in Frankfurt. The city offered a good scene for our topic "Mergers and Acquisitions Law" which is one the hottest topics in finance and a much-awaited highlight of the EMBL program curricula.
