E.M.B.L.-HSG congratulates the graduates of class 2012/2013

On November 30th 2013, E.M.B.L.-HSG held its annual graduation ceremony in the Pfalzkeller in St. Gallen.

After a musical opening by the Duo Zhunke and a welcome by Program Director Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Carl Baudenbacher, the official lecture was given by Italian philosopher Prof. Dr. Francesca Rigotti from the Università della Svizzera italiana on 'The multicultural blend. An apologue. Europe, philosophy, weaving and cuisine.'

The E.M.B.L. graduates Nina Schmarander and Daniel A. Nüdling gave a lively and humorous speech about their experiences and impressions during the past 18 months.

The diplomas were awarded by Prof. Dr. Othmar Strasser, President of the Commission E.M.B.L.-HSG, and Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Carl Baudenbacher, Director E.M.B.L.-HSG.

Attorney at Law Christian Stambach, Member of the Board of the E.M.B.L. Alumni Association, introduced the E.M.B.L.-HSG Alumni Association to the graduates and presented the award for the best student 2012/2013 to Dr. Gunter Fischer.

After the musical finale and a reception at the Pfalzkeller, the graduation dinner took place at the Restaurant Schlössli, where the graduates enjoyed a wonderful meal in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
