Broad-based Education for Executives
The Executive M.B.L.-HSG is an 18-month program equipping practitioners with a solid generalist knowledge in European and international business law. Juridification of business makes sound knowledge of this area essential not just for lawyers but for all executives involved in decision making in an increasingly global and regional economic environment. Our primary goal is to provide you with knowledge that you can use in your professional working life. But the program does far more. As a competent generalist you will be in a position to transfer your new skills to other fields and to move confidently into new areas of activity.

Extra-Occupational
We have designed our Executive M.B.L.-HSG to allow you enough time for your career and your family during the 18 months of the course. It is important to us that your work will not be interrupted while you are attending the course. We also want you to be able to apply your newly acquired knowledge and skills to your job immediately, which will benefit both your career and your performance in the course.

Global Faculty and Flying Classroom
For over a decade, our ‹Global Faculty› has been bringing together leading experts from around the world. At top-tier universities and other centers of excellence, specialists from three continents will share their knowledge and experience with you. Among them are representatives of business, the bar, and academia, judges of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) and the EFTA Court, members and staff of the European Commission, the diplomatic corps, and the international press. The course locations speak for themselves: Inter alia New York University, Fudan University (Shanghai), Waseda University (Tokyo), the University of Texas (Austin), Harvard Law School (Cambridge, MA), Luxembourg, seat of the ECJ, and the University of St.Gallen HSG. Seals of Quality
The University of St.Gallen is accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) and the American Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). This makes it the first university in the German-speaking countries to be awarded the two most important international seals of approval for the excellent quality of its regular university education as well as its continuing education programs.
